AS you probably know, I enjoy looking down occasionally find the debris there has both great details and lager patterns. The color seems to interfere with the overall criss-cross patterns of the image, so I prefer the black and white image.
One of our rooms has east facing curtains which is a fine “good morning” greeting.
Sometimes I like to look downward to see what is there and the things I see frequently are things I want to  shoot to savor later.

There are lots of things that are so pleasing in color because of their colors and interacting patterns as well as surroundings. .
Today Al and I did a shortish road trip around near Clems, SC and found a few oldies but goodies which I photographed. While decrepit these objects have a certain life and beauty.
I love black and white images but color is very appealing, too.

Al and I found more old, industrial magic in West Greenville from what probably was an abandoned mill site. The blend of old timey industrial engineering, sculptural appearance and aging as well as the shadow are hard not to love.
