Here are the promised photographs of the Plaza Hotel. I is a warm, beautiful, handcrafted hotel of a sort not often seen in “modern” hotels. It is definitely worth a visit.

Las Vegas Plaza
The plaza park in Las Vegas is a very restful and spiritual place when we visited it and I would love to go back and stay for a few days at the hotel on the plaza, which will be part of my next blog.
Cerrillos
One of the many great things about photography is that you can revisit old favorites provided you can find them again an hour or less. Since I am playing with my New Mexico trip my pictures are still available in seconds, not hours. I feel no compulsion about hopping from place to place in this journey as well as revisiting place to find new images.
A Semi-final Look
Downtown Gatlinburg
The color and activity downtown is ultimately fun to watch. I find it challenging to kind of organize this color and activity visually.

Fences and Corners
Behind and adjacent to the Southeast Center for Creative Photography in Greenville, SC is construction related chain link fencing making appealing patterns and structures. I just had to photograph them.
A Clinton, SC Walk
A while back my buddy Al and I wandered around Clinton, SC and I found the old buildings and some of their details engaging on lots of levels.
Wandering the Streets of Brevard, NC
Wandering the streets of any town or city yields some interesting images, which is what makes photography so much fun.
Chicago Street Scenes
I absolutely love the activity and energy of big cities and Chicago is one of the best.

Quite a while ago we went to Vancouver for a weavers’ meeting.I tucked the px away and finally found them. We need to go back to Vancouver.
Beauty Is Where You Find It
Al and I were wandering around in a local industrial area and I found a few sights I thought were uniquely beautiful.
Reflections and Transmissions
Ah, the joys of windows, reflections and just plain clutter.
Florence, SC, Museum
There are great shadows in most cities and Florence is no exception. The first image was taken on our way to the museum to see Terry Dimond’s exhibit. The others I took while poking around the museum.
Here’s to NYC
NYC Street
Wandering the streets of NYC is always so engaging with the colors, structures, shadows and people.
NYC Discovered
I put a memory card in the reader today and damned if I did not find some “lost” NYC images. I remembered having taken them but when I gathered my memory cards from the trip, they did not show up. Well, here they are.
