The Furman University OLLI took a guided tour led by Scott Withrow , a retired Furman History professor. What I enjoyed the most was the presentations of the history, the woods and some of the old builings, especially the old Presbyterian church.
Alice bought me a bunch of sunflowers so I could photograph them on the kitchen table. Since winter came back indoor photography is easier to do. I love the explosion of color and the blurred image somehow complements this.
We have a local notions store that has the most amazing collection of stuff, all of which appeals to me photographically. Variety, etc. is almost surreal.
Last night Alice’s commissioned weaving was exhibited as part of the meeting of the Northeast Georgia Health System, the commissioning group. It was a great night for Alice and me as well as the association. These images encapsulate the experience.
