I think that the 1st 2 photos would be more interesting if they were in color. Particularly in the first photo you have a dramatic sky, the effect of which is lessened by the absence of color.
Color, I think, would also make the grain storage facilities and the dirt road in the 1st 2 photos more interesting.
You and Al do get around.
Color vs black and white is an individual esthetic and emotional decision. Sometimes one works better than the other for me.
Very interesting set with the textures enhanced by the monochrome.
