NYC-Looking Up

Any city has things that can be seen by looking out an upper story window or from the ground up. The first image is of an installation that grew soap type bubbles and as I stared at it I realized there was a building wall outside with a great pointy shadow all of which was made more interesting by the texture of the screen on the window which shaded the exhibit space from excess light. The other three pictures are from ground level looking up. Of interest to me are the shapers, shadows the effects of negative space.                       Museum of Art and Design NYC-93-2dMuseum of Art and Design NYC-51-3 NYC 5_2015-071-2NYC 5_2015-098-5  NYC 5_2015-073-5
